Be strong was the message that was planted on my breath as I asked the Great Spirit for help one more time. At times I wanted to cease and no longer exist, but what good would it do? What purpose would it serve because my work was not done? I knew I must have faith, trust, and know that time takes care of all things that we cannot see. How does one stop fear of the unknown from overcoming them and wrecking one’s life? I hear a low voice in my ear say love yourself enough.

Love yourself enough so that:  Your choices will be positive

 Love yourself enough so that:   You will survive the chaos

Love yourself enough so that:    You will let go of the past

Love yourself enough so that:    You will accomplish your goals

Love yourself enough so that:    You have bigger dreams

Love yourself enough so that:    You will welcome the truth

 Love yourself enough so that:    You will stand in truth

 Love yourself enough so that:    You will focus on your self

 Love yourself enough so that     You will stay conscious

 Love yourself enough so that:    You will explore new horizons

 Love yourself enough so that:     You will trust yourself

And love yourself enough so that you won’t let anyone steal your joy. BRAVO!
